In 1986, Rev Dr Blair Monie was visiting Russia. He was given a few rubles by a elderly woman, who asked him to buy a candle as a symbol of peace for his congregation when he returned to the United States. Salvation Army Foodbank & Womens Rural Resouce Centre Pasta, pasta sauce, Soda crackers, canned fruit, peanut butter, jam, salmon, canned meat, pork and beans, canned tomatoes, rice, biscuit mix, hamburger Helper, and juice. The grocery cart at the back of the sanctuary is available for any canned and non perishable foods you can spare.
