We are happy to have you with us this morning. If you are new to our church please feel free to ask our Ushers any questions about our worship service and facility.   

 We welcome Rev. Paul Ross to the Pulpit this morning and look forward to his message to us. 

 Pastoral Care Emergencies will be covered by  Pastor Beth Parsons
and she can be contacted at 519-264-1485. 

                

Coffee and Refreshment Times– Please join us for coffee at the back of the sanctuary before, and down in the Golden Jubilee Room following our service. 

Infant Nursery– We are happy to provide a Nursery complete with a play pen, sink, toys etc. …but will not be staffed at the present time. Parents are asked to be responsible for their children. Change table is available in the family restroom in the upper hall 

Peace Candles – If you are a visitor with us this morning there are small votive candles available at the front of the sanctuary for you to take back to your home church.

Prayer Circle Box:  The Prayer circle group have supplied Prayer Request Cards that are completely confidential. At the back of the sanctuary you will find a wooden box with a slot for cards. It is locked.

Family Prayers 

This Sunday we ask you to pray for the ministry Trinity United Church. 

Please keep the family of Phyllis Butler in your prayers as they move forward without her in their lives. 

We also remember the family of Betty Brooks who passed away this past week. 

Note: Pastoral Care is important. Please contact the church office if you are going into hospital or if you or a family member are needing Pastoral Care. Your name will not be in the bulletin unless we have permission from you to do so. We wish to offer Pastoral Care support  and at the same time respect your confidentiality.

Community Life Team 

Funeral Lunch Team: We are in a time of renewal.  

Our Funeral Lunch Team has retired and we are in search of 4 enthusiastic compassionate members who can take over this ministry in our church.  All details of the lunch are clearly recorded and easy to follow.  Your first contact would be Tina Zimmermann.  Please consider helping on this team.   

 

Friendship Club: The Friendship Club will meet at 2 p.m. on Wednesday April 11, 2018 in the Golden Jubilee Room. Please come and hear the message from our guest speaker from the Canadian Mental Health Association.     All are Welcome! 

 

Join us at Camp Kee-Mo-Kee on Saturday April 28 for our annual Spring Clean Up, from 8:30 am until noon and stay for a bbq lunch.  Help us get camp ready for the season and enjoy some time in the woods. High school volunteer hours available. Rain date is May 5.
